Description

1708 N 24th St. RVA 23223 Excessive amount of abandoned furniture, garbage, trash and accumulation of debris in front and back yard. This situation imposes a unsafe unpleasant great risk. 1708 N 24th St has been abandoned for 25+ years and has produced such an annoying environment with rodents and snakes! Attempted to upload photo of snake but wasnt successful.
