Description

The pavement on this road has been substandard for years. The massive potholes that people have to drive over daily causes suspension issues to vehicles and is a disservice to the residents of the city of richmond who have to travel down this major roadway in the city. PLEASE repave this road!!!!! It's been in abysmal shape for literal YEARS.
