Description
Multiple concrete slabs have been levered out of position by tree roots on the odd house number side of the 3900 block of Floyd Ave. Someone apparently tried to fix this with asphalt patching many years ago, but many trip hazards still remain. Some concrete slabs are chipped and cracked as well.
