Submitted this request in 2020. This tree is completely dead and hasnt been assessed or cut down and is now swaying in heavy winds. Can someone please come out and set a plan of action?

Service request #-DPW000113286 states on the removal list. Very first service request DPW000064168 from 10/29/20 stated coordinating with Dominion about the utility lines and the last request DPW00025006 is stating they need to assess the property line . Caller needs clarification..(emailed Sup for asst)
