Description
The citizen had a prior request which states complete in the comment. The citizen states that no maintenance was done. The alley way was only marked off (DPW117094) Please repair for the citizen - He is 86 and walks with a cane and its hard to walk. The broken up asphalt and gravel is a hazard.
