Description

There is a large deep hole in the alleyway behind 3607 Moss Side Ave that looks like a water line issue. I reported this before but the crew “could not find the hole,” and thr closed the ticket. I have since marked it with a cone so you can’t miss it. Please come look again. Thanks.
