Description
Please consider a "no turn on red" sign to assist pedestrians with crossing safely. Very dangerous pedestrian crossing here, with cars whipping off 95 and turning right onto E. Franklin... they cannot see pedestrians in the crosswalk around the building.

- Staff · December 1, 2022Eddie, please investigate.
- Staff · December 7, 2022Decision: After research of the intersection in question, it is not feasible to install a "no turn red sign." Currently at this intersection, exists a sign which states, right turning vehicles must yield to pedestrians. This has to be sufficient for the current intersection because having a "no turn on red" sign will cause traffic exiting the interstate to que on the ramp and possibly back onto the interstate. That, in turn will cause much dyer concerns/hazards.
