Description
The citizen would like to have the traffic engineers to access the intersection. She states that she has seen several accidents at this intersection. A vehicled has also flipped over here. She feels something else needs to be done. Also lots of kids live on this block. All neighbors are concerned. Corner Kensington and Belmont Ave.
