Description
Gross that is pretty certainly within city right of way is blocking view of Richmond Henrico Turnpike when you are exiting the alley. Discussed with Marcellus Heflin. This is very dangerous and some thing the city needs to take care of as soon as possible this is a recurring issue as well. Maybe a capital improvement program to connect Richmond Henrico turnpike with sidewalks on both sides would be worth considering and the long-term to make this safer for pedestrians and vehicles alike.
