Description
I just witnessed another car accident along Belvidere. This is the 4th accident in the last 30 days. Today, I witnessed a black car driving at 90+ MPH, hit a car and drive off. This particular intersection (between Spring Street and Belvidere and the belvidere bridge) constantly has speed violations. Some easy solutions: policing (particularly on nice evenings), another stoplight at Holly St., decreasing the speed limit (which increase between VCU and the bridge, encouraging speeding.
