Description
I submitted a request for a replacement Supercan on November 1: DPW000124410. I just received an email saying the request was completed. When I checked the Request History, I saw this entry: Comment added November 3, 2022 12:57 PM by Field Engineer can #2296005703 was delivered 11-3-2022 I do not have a new Supercan. I can only assume it was delivered to the wrong address. Please deliver a Supercan and correct my account to reflect that there is only one at this address. Thank you. Please cancel this request. It was sent by an uninformed family member. The Supercan was delivered as indicated. My apologies for the inconvenience and for causing a disruption.
