Description
We live in a duplex home at 1100 W Clay St, there are 4 tenants below us and 3 tenants occupying the upper residence. We are on different leases and have different accounts through Richmond public services, but however, we only have one trash can to split between the two residencies. Our trash tends to overflow to a maximum, leaving flies swarming both properties. When our trash is taken to the curb it also tends to overflow onto the road and is left there after pick up as well.
