Description

There has been a large area in this alley where the cobblestone seems to be sinking. When it rains or there is any water coming down the alley, these holes fill with nasty, smelly water and its very unpleasant to look at for residents, businesses, property owners and tourists coming to the area. Additionally, this is a safety concern for people walking.
