Description

A light pole was removed at least two years ago at the corner of 12th & Broad (where there is a ton of pedestrian activity), but there still remains the rusted metal and exposed wires. You'd think when the old light pole is removed you'd also remove the base. This is a tetanus infection and lawsuit waiting to happen.
