Description
The sidewalk that runs in front of the Hermitage Richmond, is in need of immediate repair. There are several cracks and uneven areas in the sidewalk. This sidewalk is walked by elderly people that live at the Hermitage, that use canes and walkers. The current condition of the sidewalk poses a great danger of an elderly person tripping and falling. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
