Description

Dumpster is blocking sidwalk and portapotty is also infringing on the sidewalk. Difficult to traverse and would be impossible in a wheelchair.

    An inspector visited this location; the dumpster was previously properly located on private property but when emptied, the dumpster company placed it back in wrong location; spoke with dumpster company and contractor to relocate both the porta-potty and dumpster to inside of sidewalk off ROW.
