Description

Need a stop sign on the corner because you can't see on-coming traffic that travels on Marshall street due to the large vehicles that are parked on marshall street. Also, vehicles are speeding on that street.

    Another stop sign makes this an all-way stop. The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) must be used to determine all-way stops needs. The intersection of Gilmer St & W Marshall St does not meet the traffic requirements of the MUTCD all-way stop warrants. No parking signs exist on Marshall on the corners to enhance intersection sight distance.
