Description
Culvert under my driveway is rusted and has holes in it which catch debris. This has been going on for years and is getting worst. When fall leaves come it gets completely blocked. My driveway is showing cracks from this. The culvert needs to be replaced. I try to keep it free but it's too much for me to do alone.
