- Staff · August 5, 2023• The Department follows Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) guidelines for the installation of any physical traffic calming measures on City streets. • Speed study has been conducted recently on this section of road. The 85th percentile speed is 29 mph. The speed samples show compliance with the posted 25 mph speed. No physical traffic calming measures are planned at this time.
