Description

This has been on the RVA list for over 2 years. Many folks have stumbled here & with Halloween coming, it is an extra hazard to unsuspecting visitors! There are several spots on this side of block that need attention 2 doors down in front of 2015 Stuart (I tried to upload a photo of that area, but it did not load).
