Description
This area has many pedestrians walking from brewery to brewery and neighboring restaurants. To cross from the Tazza parking lot to the restaurant on the opposite side is dangerous. Cars do not stop and sometimes speed up if you try to cross, and cars turning onto Roseneath cannot see well and have opposing traffic turning often. There should be a stop sign AND crosswalks. Perhaps if drivers were fined for failure to yield, it could become safer for pedestrians and bicyclists in Richmond.
