Description
Sidewalk replacement is to begin on the 400 block of West Clay Street on the south side of the street. Signs went up today stating that no parking on the south side of the street starting today through the 28th of November. It was my understanding that these signs need to go up 48 hours before the no parking goes into effect. That has not happened here on the 400 block of West Clay Street.

Resident have to obey posted no parking signs when they are placedso their wont be any delays with the repairs taken place and so that vehicles will not be towed.
