Description

This trash can near a hydrant on Floyd near N Morris is always overflowing and despite complaining about this on multiple occasions and being told that the problem is resolved it clearly is not. This receptacle should be removed. It’s dangerous to have near a fire hydrant since it can obstruct the useage of it and the trash is private bags and should not be put in these public trash cans. Please once and for all resolve this problem!
