Citizen would like to plant a tree in a tree well in front of her home but she is requesting that huge tree roots be removed from the tree well asap.

Caller wants to know what can be done so that she can replant there. Caller is calling back and wants this area looked at again or caller says she can be called and discuss the planting of the tree because she really don't think anything can survive they way this area is for re-planting.
