Description

The trash can at the alley beside my house has not been collected. The trash collectors states they are unable to collect because there is no liner. The trash can is full and the trash from the can flies into my yard. We consistently are cleaning up the trash that has been discarded in the can. Please remove this can if there are no scheduled collections as it is an eyesore and can be a rodent attraction to my property.
