Description

This tree is 95% dead and is dropping branches in the street and on cars. It needs to be taken down before it hurts someone. This tree was marked for removal over a month ago with "No Parking" signs and then the weather was bad and it remains standing. The signs are still there and the tree is 100% dead and needs to be taken down. Is there any plan to complete the job??
