Description
There are several blocks of West Franklin in dire need of repair. This includes the blocks between Westmoreland and Spokane (4600 block through 4900 block). The potholes and uneven pavement is so severe that a sign has been put up stating that road may cause whiplash or vehicle damage. It's been this bad since I moved in 4 years ago. The parts of W. Franklin east of Westmoreland and west of Spokane are in far better condition and appear to have already been repaired.
