Description
Please stop saying this is Parks and Recs responsibility and not doing anything, RVA311 specifically says it will route the requests to the appropriate departments. Parks are a department of the City government so do your job and pick up the dog waste left by a playground. As Per 311 website as shown in screenshot: "The City will collect any excess accumulations that are clearly on free-standing public property, such as PARKS, schools, medians on multi-lane roads, expressway roadsides, etc."
