Description

In Monument Ave Park, every block except 4 or 5 have curbs, gutters and good drainage. The 4700 & 4800 blocks have none and we have been trying to get them for at least 25 years with numerous tickets and conversations with our city councilmen but to no avail. We have standing water and water running into yards during a downpour.
