Description

Gravel has been covering a hole in the sidewalk for over a year. Although there is not an immediate danger to property or people, this gravel covers a water main (thats the reason it was dug up to begin with). This is a problem because it gives less protection to the water main and is a danger to individuals who ride scooters or bikes on the sidewalk.
