Description

Grafitti on this wall was covered prior to the 2nd St Festival. Within a week, it had been tagged again. Venture Richmond and 3rd District Council have also been notified. I would like to get the wall repainted if possible. The tag is very visible from Clay St. at corner of 2nd.
