Description

I live at 106 N. Stafford Ave. Across the street from me is a wall. This wall has been a target of graffiti a number of times. The property is owned by Frank O'Roark. I filled out a graffiti-removal form and Mr. O'Roark signed it. This signed form was sent (or delivered) to the relevant city office. (I do not recall exactly when.) Why has nothing been done? O'Roark doesn't live in the city, so it would be inconvenient for me to get another signed form. Let me know why nothing has happened, plez.
