Description

Bancroft Avenue between Richmond-Henrico Turnpike and Meadowbridge Ave. is a one-way road with no stop signs. This creates a dangerous road to live on for neighborhood residents when motorists travel down the road at 40-60 mph in a 25 mph zone. A speed bump or stop signs would help to deter folks from using Bancroft at high rates of speed in a residential area. This is my second request this year, someone died in front of our house tonight due to improper road control. We told you about this.
