    5. This location has been inspected on___10/24/22____(Enter Date). 5_ X__20__ feet of damaged concrete sidewalk due to tree roots. The repair will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns. 3 inch lift at the corner broken concrete at the ADA ramp.

    This location was re-inspected on 7-16-2024. 10' x 5' of concrete sidewalk needs repair on Douglasdale Rd where part of a panel is missing. 15' x 5' concrete sidewalk is lifted and cracked from tree roots on the corner of Blanton and Garrett St. The repairs will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns.
