Description
Moved into home a year ago and the sidewalk was overrun with debris, trees, and weeds. Cleared the brush and found that the sidewalk is damaged.

The tree that is causing the issues to the sidewalk is located on the resident property. I spoke with the resident and advised them of the tree causing the damaged that was located on their private property and the sidewalk could not be repaired until the tree issues be resolved first. Resident stated "the sidewalk will not be fixed then".
