- Staff · October 24, 2022The Department of Public Works (DPW) must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. The intersectionof Stockton St and 17th St does not meet the conditions set forth in the MUTCD for an all-way stop. No parking signs were recently installed on Stockton at 17th to enhance intersection sight distance. Also an existing all-way stop is at Stockton Stand 16th St.
