Description

Curb and gutter are broken and not graded correctly causing water to pool on street. Was supposed to have been fixed by https://www.rva311.com/rvaone#/request/detail/new_cs180228212904/DPU000020105 but it sure wasn't. Please do not mark this complete until it is actually fixed.
