Description
See DPW000121063. Asphalt leveling is not fixing the issue. The roadbed is washed out under the pavement. I saw that myself when I reported the very first time. Throwing more asphalt on top of what is there is a bandaid. Per City of Richmond guidelines, asphalt less than 6 months old that needs repair is to be replaced curb to curb. Do it the right way instead of trying to see what you can get away with. Same with the patch in the westbound lane of 46 Grove.
