Description

There are 2 diseased trees with branches hanging down and growing in front of our yard and absorbing the nutrients from our lawn. Can't grow grass. These diseased trees have excessive stump and poses a safety threat to us and other pedestrians. Stumble getting up our walkway, out of our cars, and walking on sidewalk in front of our house because limbs and roots are overgrown and sidewalk, street and curb are humped up and unleveled. Low limbs strike us in the face while walking up walkway.
