Description
Roots from tree located in front of 3 E 36th Street have caused the sidewalk, curb and street to become excessively unleveled and humped up. This sidewalk, curb and street area needs to be repaired because it poses a threat of safety. Have stumbled several times just trying to get out of cars and walk up our walkway. It's a tripping hazard to pedestrians. Can't walk on sidewalk, especially at night. City attempted to repair using asphalt on concrete sidewalk. Needs to properly repair.
