Description

I just got off the phone with Richmond DPU to get water/gas/trash transferred to my name for the house I just bought on Friday, September 30th. They said they would transfer to my name on Thursday, 10/06. Please deliver to me a new trash can and recycling bin as I currently have none. Thank you.
