Description
Caller states the easement has not been cleaned since 2017/5years; easement is full of trash, trees growing, weeds and water settles and floods caller's property and and recedes; caller states she has called in several times before regarding property. Caller states the council woman R. Trammell has been out, accessed property and indicated she would reach out to DPW which was 2 years and nothing has been done.
