Description

This is a vile pet dumping bin must be removed from the walking sidewalk, away from residential porches and put in the middle of the median where there is room and airflow. I have lived at this residence almost 2 years and it is unbearable to sit on our porch let alone everyone passing by. Happy to discuss more.
