Description

Northbound 7th St and Eastbound Main St pedestrian signals are still covered, even though the roadway has been reopened after construction. Just saw a woman almost get hit by a driver because she couldn't tell if it was time for her to cross.

    Intersection is still under construction due to developer construction. Traffic Engineering has indicated to developer the safety hazard and to make area safe for pedestrian traffic
