Description

I reported this problem on Sept 6 via DPW000121248. You reported to me that the work has been completed; however, walking to the site on Oct 1, the work has not be started. There are numerous deep ruts and potholes in the alley, one measuring at least 2 feet wide by 10 feet long by 14 inches deep, currently filled with water. How can you untruthfully mark a project "completed" when it has not even been started? I will take this up with my council representative.
