Description

The alley located behind 2301 and 2303 Grove Ave needs gravel and re-grading. The alley can be accessed from Strawberry St to the rear of 2301 Grove Ave. The alley is NOT private. The surrounding homes are owned by separate individuals. The public alley leads to parking for 2303 Grove Ave and 2305 Grove Ave. 2301 Grove Ave is owned by Marc Oosterhuis. 2303 Grove is owned by John Eiler. 2305 Grove Ave is owned by Todd Bradberry. 110 Strawberry St is owned by Greg Winter.
