Description
Citizen says that that there are two handicap signs in from on home that are positioned incorrectly, He says that both of the signs are facing his vehicle . One of the signs are facing his front bumper, and the other one is facing his rear bumper. He says that one of the sign should be facing away from his rear bumper to face brothers vehicle, who also has a handicap placard.
