Description
Crutchfield at Westover Hills Blvd has room for two lanes. One for right turns onto Westover Hills and one for the left turn across traffic on a curve. However, there are parked cars on the right side of Crutchfield all the way to the corner which prevents this. Traffic gets backed up during school drop off and pickup, and at rush hours. If that section of Crutchfield could be a no parking zone, traffic going right could keep moving and it would only eliminate about 5-6 parking spaces
