Description

Water valve top is loose and gets flipped upside down which can cause damage to cars or become a projectile. Multiple 311 requests have been placed, but top is still loose. Comment by field engineer on Request DPU000019882 states "there is a water valve top that is loose". This should be fixed immediately. If this is the incorrect request type, please transfer to correct department.
