Description

Leicester road is a very common cut-through for people traveling on Jahnke. There are no sidewalks, and cars regularly travel 30-40mph. The speed humps do not achieve any speed control. The new speed humps on Westower, however, are working pretty well. Please upgrade the speed humps on Leicester to slow cars down and provide safer walking/biking for residents in the area like me.
